Alain Ducasse is not the only 3 stars chef on the French Riviera. Since February 18 2013, Arnaud Donckele of “La Vague d’or” in Saint-Tropez has entered the exclusive club of the stars awarded French restaurants.
There are now 27 in France.
In the Var and Alpes-Maritimes departments, there are 47 chefs listed in the 2013 Michelin Guide, from Menton to Castellet.
There are 10 two-stars and 35 one star.
